Ordering and Delivery Times
Stock and Lead Times
If we have your item in stock we will post it to you within 7 days of ordering.
If the item is out of stock, we will email you with expected delivery times and suggested alternatives.
Occasionally items will be unavailable from our suppliers, in cases such as this we will via email and you may choose to keep the item on back order (ie. delivered as soon as it comes into stock) or choose an alternative or cancel your order.
In all cases we endeavour to keep you informed and deliver goods to you as soon as possible.

Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled up to the point of dispatch
Returns
Unsuitable Items
If the item you have chosen proves to be unsuitable (eg. wrong fit etc) you may return it to us.** If the item is clean, un-used, undamaged and in its original packaging. (ie. tags still attached) within 14 days of receipt
a refund will be offered.
We hope you would choose an alternative item or shop with us again soon.

You will need to pay the return postage fee, please consult the size chart or ask our advice on measuring and sizes before purchase.
Faulty Items
If the item you have chosen is faulty please return** it to us as soon as possible. If proven faulty a full refund including return postage fees will be covered.
** In both situations you must receive authorisation from us before returning any item. Please ensure that you include the following information in you returns parcel:
- Name and address
- Date of purchase
- Returns number (from us)
- Item description including colour and size
- Reason for return (eg. incorrect size)
- Action you would like us to take (eg. replacement, refund etc)
